Mini-Hack: How Many Waze to Get Navigation Right
The little details make the day.
A half-day hackathon on building a better navigation app for a real Malaysian journey, on Friday 20 November from 1.30pm to 5.30pm at the Asia School of Business, 11 Jalan Dato Onn, Kuala Lumpur.
Teams use their own AI coding tools and existing mapping and routing services. By the end, each team needs a working app people can open on their phones, five people outside the team who have tried it, a short demo and a public social media post selling it. Judging weighs technical complexity, public engagement, and UI and design.
Developers, designers and people who can get a product to users are all welcome; come with a team or find one on the day. Entry is free with registration. Bring a laptop.
