Upsize, Downsize and Restructure Your Workforce: A Legal Perspective

A one-hour panel on the employment law behind hiring more, cutting back or restructuring a team, on Friday 20 November from 11am to 12pm at the Asia School of Business, Level 1, 11 Jalan Dato Onn, Kuala Lumpur, during Startup Week Malaysia.

Two practising lawyers, Tristan and Melissa, walk through what business owners need to weigh when the workforce has to change: balancing the business's needs with employees' interests and legal obligations, approaching changes strategically and responsibly, and the practical steps that keep the risk of disputes down.

It is hosted by Law by Mel with HERizon. An early bird ticket is RM25 and a standard ticket RM40, and about 30 places were open on 7 November.
