The bread is the point. adough has specialised in naturally fermented sourdough since it started in 2020, and each loaf takes 48 to 72 hours, made the traditional way. It also puts its surplus ingredients to work in new creations instead of wasting them. Pavilion KL is its third address in the city, after its bakery-café at Agile Bukit Bintang on Jalan Delima and adough atelier in Sri Hartamas.

The Pavilion outlet keeps mall hours, 10am to 10pm - well past the 4.30pm close of the Bukit Bintang bakery on Jalan Delima.
