Flipside, Taman Melawati

Flipside is a new Western restaurant in Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur, at Melawati Urban 1, with a menu of woodfire steaks, pastas and burgers: the steak frites is RM73 and pastas start at RM28.

Its own Instagram shows a warm, low-lit dining room. It opens from noon to 10pm most days (closed Wednesdays, and from 3pm on Fridays) and does dine-in, takeaway and delivery. Steak Frites (RM73). A 200g Argentine striploin with shoestring fries and green peppercorn sauce, from the woodfire grill, which cooks from 6pm to 10pm on weekdays and all day at weekends.
