One Square is a new food and lifestyle hub beside 1 Utama in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, open since 19 October 2026 with cafés, bakeries and a Village Grocer.
It is a compact square rather than another mall: a short walk from Bandar Utama MRT, built around two event spaces - The Centrecourt, an indoor hall of about 5,100 sq ft that takes up to 500 guests, and The Yard, an open-air space of about 2,400 sq ft meant for pop-ups, exhibitions and weekend markets. It stands on First Avenue, between M World Hotel and One World Hotel.

- By MRT or LRT: Bandar Utama station is under 10 minutes on foot, along the covered walkway from M World Hotel or 1 Powerhouse.
